The Blocker is an extremely tough door stop that was designed specifically for secure (detention) facilities with heavy swinging doors and concrete walls. The heavy shock absorbing plastic works great to protect the "D" type handles and concrete walls when installed correctly.
The Blocker is not designed to be used with door knobs or sheet rock walls because it may actually damage the handle or wall. We recommend using the rubber and stainless steel or another door stop type for these applications.			Blocker

			Watch our video to see our durability test on a hydraulic press. This is a test to demonstrate the durability of the Bocker door stop. As you can see, applying 4,000 pounds of pressure does not push the doorstop past failure. There are very few door stops that can handle that kind of pressure and remain fully functional.
